I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and working as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at the Holonyak Micro & Nanotechnology Laboratory. I earned my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and worked as a Research Assistant (RA) in the Nanoscale Simulation, Characterization, and Fabrication Lab (NSCFL). Later, I served as a lecturer at the Department of EEE, Canadian University of Bangladesh.
My research experience includes strain engineering of 2D materials, semiconductor device, sensors, and nanoelectronics. I have actively participated in various organizations such as the IEEE Electron Device Society (IEEE EDS), BUET Robotics Society, and Nature Study Club, where I developed leadership and teamwork skills.
Outside academia, I am passionate about traveling and challenging treks, which I document through travel blogging. I invite you to explore my portfolio for deeper insights into my work and achievements.
